YieldDNA is operated by Dotsimple Holdings (Pty) Ltd. We aim to handle personal information in a manner aligned with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Usage data, such as pages visited, saved opportunities, alerts, and interaction events.
• Payment and administrative records, including subscription status, billing references, manual activation notes, and support history.

3. Authentication providers

YieldDNA may use Supabase or an equivalent authentication service to provide account registration, sign-in, session management and related account security functionality.

4. How we use information

• To provide account access and maintain authenticated sessions.
• To respond to support, billing, data, and account access queries.
• To administer subscriptions, manual EFT access, and operational records.
• To improve platform reliability, usability, content, and product decisions.

5. Sharing and sale of information

YieldDNA does not sell personal information. We may use service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, email, payments, support, or administration where needed to operate the platform.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@yielddna.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

We retain information for as long as reasonably required for account operation, legal, tax, support, billing, security, and legitimate business purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
