Refund Policy
This policy covers subscription billing, cancellations and refund requests for YieldDNA access.

Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. Access may be granted through automated payment systems or manual EFT activation during beta or early-access operations.
2. Cancellation
Users can cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future subscription charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for a period where access has already been granted.
3. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic once access has been granted, unless required by law or approved by YieldDNA on a case-by-case basis. We may consider refund requests where there has been a clear billing error, duplicate payment, or exceptional operational issue.
4. Manual EFT beta users
For manual EFT beta users, refund requests must be emailed to support@yielddna.com. Please include your account email, payment reference, payment date, and reason for the request.
5. Processing
Approved refunds may take time to process depending on payment method, banking timelines, and administrative verification.
