Terms of Service
These terms govern access to YieldDNA, a property research, analytics and decision-support platform operated by Dotsimple Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

YieldDNA provides property research, analytics and decision-support tools for screening South African property opportunities, including buy-to-let listings and sheriff auction opportunities.
YieldDNA does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, valuation, or property advice. The platform is intended to support research and prioritisation only.
2. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before making investment, bidding, purchase, financing, or disposal decisions. This includes reviewing legal documents, physical property condition, title information, municipal charges, taxes, levies, rental evidence, financing terms, and any other relevant risks.
3. Data and availability
YieldDNA may use third-party, public, user-submitted, and internally processed data sources. Data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or based on assumptions and estimates.
YieldDNA may change, suspend, restrict, or withdraw features, datasets, workflows, rankings, scoring methods, or access levels at any time.
4. Accounts, subscriptions and billing
Some features may require an account or paid subscription. Subscription access may be granted manually or automatically depending on the operational setup available at the time.
Billing may currently be handled via EFT and manual activation, or through automated payment systems where available. Subscription terms may differ where separately agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute platform data without permission, interfere with service availability, or use YieldDNA for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Dotsimple Holdings (Pty) Ltd and YieldDNA will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on platform outputs, data errors, delays, service interruptions, missed opportunities, investment losses, auction outcomes, legal defects, financing outcomes, or third-party source information.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The legal entity responsible for YieldDNA is Dotsimple Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
